Good afternoon, I hope all is well! I would like to provide some transparency to the public in regards to your "inquiry". The property you asked for more information on was already under contract, aka "pending", there was no opportunity for me to show you the property. I reached out to you multiple times via calling, texting, and emails; and you failed to respond on all communication platforms. To this day I am still trying to communicate with you, and there’s no response coming from your end. You also denied my request to be your agent on Zillow. Your inaccurate description of my customer service isn't appreciated, nor is it valid. I understand your frustration on being "late to the party" on the home you wanted to purchase, but it is unethical and wrong for you to take your irrational anger out on me, especially on a public platform. For everyone else viewing this unethical review, please refer to the plethora of 5-star reviews from my actual past clients for the real, quality, amazing real estate experience that was provided to them. I'd be happy to help all of you! :)

I'm truly sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. I noticed in your review that you mentioned I showed you a home in February 2025. However, I was not actively practicing real estate during that time, as I stepped away from the field at the end of 2023. It’s possible there may be some confusion or a case of mistaken identity, as I take great pride in the level of service I provide. My previous clients have consistently shared positive and appreciative feedback about their experiences working with me. I’ve always prioritized transparency and client advocacy in my business. If there was ever an issue that wasn’t disclosed, it would have been something I was genuinely unaware of. Again, I’m sorry to hear about your experience, even if it may have involved another agent.
